It's the most wonderful time of the year and it's also a very stressful time. Now you've got to fit festivities into your already packed schedule and something that should be fun starts to feel like another chore. Maybe you'll get some time off and you know you should disconnect because you really need the break, but if you completely disconnect, what horrors will await you on your return? How are you supposed to truly enjoy your time?
Time, that one thing we are all pressed for. All of my clients tell me that they want more time. One even tells me they wake up every day and say to themselves, "I wonder who I'm going to disappoint today."
